Santanero Media Group, LLC ("Santanero Media Group," "we," "our," or "us") owns and operates The Santanero, KSNG-DB "Santanero Radio," Santanero.org, and related media properties.
We provide advertising and sponsorship opportunities across our digital, print, broadcast, streaming, and community media platforms. Our audience is centered in Santa Ana and consists of residents, business owners, community leaders, educators, students, nonprofit organizations, public officials, and engaged community members.
Whether you are promoting a business, event, nonprofit initiative, public resource, or community program, we offer affordable opportunities to reach local audiences where they are already engaged.

Editorial Independence
We maintain a strict separation between advertising and editorial decision-making. Advertising relationships, sponsorship agreements, donations, and financial considerations do not influence:
- News coverage
- Editorial decisions
- Story selection
- Opinion publication decisions
- Corrections
- Investigations
- Public-interest reporting
Acceptance of advertising does not constitute endorsement by Santanero Media Group, LLC.
Artificial Intelligence Standards
Advertisements containing AI-generated images, synthetic endorsements, fabricated testimonials, misleading visual representations, or other deceptive AI-generated content may be rejected.
Advertising materials must accurately represent the advertiser, event, organization, business, service, product, or cause being promoted.
All advertising remains subject to our Artificial Intelligence & Authenticity Policy and Advertising & Sponsorship Policy.
Advertising Review
We reserve the right to reject advertisements that:
- Are false or misleading
- Promote unlawful activity
- Contain deceptive claims
- Include discriminatory or hateful content
- Violate applicable laws
- Conflict with our editorial standards or community values
Submission Requirements
Advertisers are responsible for submitting materials that meet required technical and formatting standards.
Requirements may include:
- File dimensions
- Resolution specifications
- Accepted file formats
- Submission deadlines
- Platform-specific formatting requirements
Advertising materials submitted after applicable deadlines may be delayed, rescheduled, or declined.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to publication, placement, sponsorship activation, or distribution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to withhold publication or placement until payment has been received and processed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests should be submitted before publication or scheduled release deadlines.
Advertisements that have already been published, distributed, broadcast, or scheduled for release are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Placement & Availability
Advertisement placement, positioning, scheduling, and distribution are determined at our discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Specific placement locations, exclusivity, or guaranteed positioning are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
All placements remain subject to availability.
